Arrow GO ("we", "our", or "the app") is a logic puzzle game. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information.
This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. By playing Arrow GO, you agree to the practices described here.
📋What We Collect
Account information
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your email address, display name, and profile photo from Google. Sign-in is entirely optional — you can play without an account.
Game progress
Levels completed, star ratings, coin balance, XP, player level, daily streak, Endless mode best score, and settings. This is stored locally on your device and, if you are signed in, backed up to Google Firestore.
Crash and performance data
When the app crashes or encounters an error, we receive a crash report via Firebase Crashlytics. This includes the device model, Android version, and stack trace. No personal information is attached to crash reports.
Usage analytics
We collect anonymised events (e.g. level started, level completed, sign-in) via Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played and improve it. These events cannot be linked back to you personally.
Advertising data
Arrow GO shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect your advertising ID, IP address, and general device information to show and measure ads, and to personalise them unless you limit ad tracking in your device settings.
Purchase information
If you buy coins or remove ads, the purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made so we can unlock your item, but we never see or store your card number or other payment details — Google handles all of that.

Location data
We never access your location.
Contacts or files
We never access your contacts, photos, or device files — except when you explicitly use the music picker to choose a background track. That file path is stored only on your device.
Payment card details
We never see or store your card number, bank details, or other payment credentials — purchases are handled entirely by Google Play Billing.
🔧How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to:
• Sync and restore your game progress across devices when you are signed in with Google
• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs through Crashlytics
• Understand overall gameplay patterns to improve future updates through anonymised analytics
• Show and measure ads through Google AdMob, and let you remove ads or buy coins through Google Play Billing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
📢Advertising
Arrow GO is a free-to-play game supported by ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your advertising ID and other technical data to show ads and measure their performance, and, unless you have limited ad personalisation in your device settings, to show ads tailored to your interests.
You can opt out of personalised ads or reset your advertising ID at any time in your device's Settings → Google → Ads (Android) or Settings → Privacy → Ads (varies by device).
You can also remove all ads permanently with the "Remove Ads" purchase in the Shop. Google's AdMob Privacy Policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
🤝Third-Party Services
Arrow GO uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Google Firebase
Authentication, cloud save (Firestore), crash reporting (Crashlytics), and analytics. Google's Privacy Policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
Google Sign-In
Used for optional account sign-in. Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply.
Google AdMob
Serves and measures the ads shown in the app. Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob-specific terms apply: policies.google.com/privacy
Google Play Billing
Processes all in-app purchases (coin packs, remove ads). Google's Privacy Policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy
Google Play Services
Provides core Android services. Google's Privacy Policy applies.
🛡️Data Security
Your game progress is stored in Google Firestore, which encrypts data in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your own account — no other player or third party can read your save data.
Local data (stored in Android DataStore on your device) is protected by Android's standard app-data isolation. It is not accessible to other apps.
👤Your Rights
Delete your data
Sign out of your account in the Profile screen. Your cloud save data will remain in Firestore until you contact us to request deletion. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Export your data
Contact us at the address below and we will provide a copy of the data associated with your account.
Opt out of analytics
You can opt out of Firebase Analytics at any time by disabling analytics collection in your Google account settings.
Opt out of ad personalisation
You can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising ID at any time in your device's ad settings.
👶Children's Privacy
Arrow GO does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
📝Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
