👋Overview

You can request deletion of your Arrow GO account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains exactly how to do that, what gets deleted, what we may keep, and how long it takes.

📮How to Request Deletion

Sign out of your account — Open Arrow GO → Profile → Sign Out. This immediately stops new progress from syncing to your account.

Email us a deletion request from the Google account you used to sign in, with the subject line "Delete my Arrow GO account":

We verify the request against the account on file and process it within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's complete.

📋What Gets Deleted

Analytics events and crash reports are anonymised and were never linked to your identity, so they are kept for product-improvement purposes even after account deletion. Records Google Play Billing keeps for purchases are governed by Google's own retention policy, not ours — see policies.google.com/privacy.

⏱️Retention Period

Your account link and cloud-saved progress are permanently deleted from Google Firestore within 30 days of a verified request. Local data on your own device is removed as soon as you uninstall the app, or immediately if you clear the app's storage from Android Settings.
